Carol Allen

Director, Business Development

Park City, Utah

After 15-years consulting in the investment management world, Carol decided to get her hands dirty.  Literally!  She founded, Three Sisters Farm, a fully operating organic farm outside of beautiful Park City, Utah, combining a life-long passion into a highly successful business. As an experienced agricultural entrepreneur, Carol later expanded her business to organic garden consulting making Carol, quite literally, a cultivator and master at “planting” the seeds of business growth. She is committed to sustainable methods to protect our environment and educate our community on following a healthier lifestyle.

Prior to making her dream a reality, Carol was involved at the c-level, and held equity partner positions in several investment management businesses including, Decision Analytics, a startup cash consulting firm, Sutro & Company, and Alpha Partners LLC, a marketing and research firm specializing in investment management.  At Callan Associates, after starting her career in Quantitative Consulting, Carol established and directed the Center for Investment Training, an accredited financial “college” focused on studying the investment management process.

As a leader in the industry, Carol trained, educated, and published articles helping others navigate the waters of smart business and investment planning.

Carol brings a wealth of business and investment knowledge, as well as a practical main-street business experience to the Cross NW team. Our Clients not only benefit from her expertise, but enjoy Carol for her down-to-earth attitude and engaging personality.

After hours you will most often find Carol either in her garden, skiing, hiking, riding horses with her dog or off on a traveling adventure.  Carol is passionate about animal welfare and the environment causes and is generous with her time for theses causes.
